Where can I pick up and return my car?
Enjoy free delivery & collection at Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI), Port Adriano Marina, Puerto Portals or any hotel or villa address on the island. Just select your preferred location during booking.
What driver’s license do I need?
A valid driver’s license from the EU or an International Driving Permit held for at least two years is required. No special endorsements needed for standard categories; high-power supercars may require a brief qualification check.
Is insurance included?
Yes, all rentals come with fully comprehensive insurance (collision damage waiver + theft protection) and 24/7 roadside assistance. You can upgrade to a zero-excess plan for complete peace of mind.
Do you charge for fuel?
Fuel is not included. Vehicles are handed over with a full tank and must be returned likewise. You may purchase a pre-paid fuel package at checkout to avoid refuelling stops.
What is the security deposit?
A refundable deposit is held on your credit card (Visa/Mastercard) ranging from €500 to €5,000, depending on the car category. It is released within 7–10 days after a damage-free return.
Are there any mileage limits?
We offer unlimited mileage across Mallorca on all daily rentals. One-way or extended tours beyond the island’s borders may incur mileage or distance fees—please inquire in advance.
Can I rent for half a day?
Absolutely:
Half-day (4 hours): from €200
Full-day (8 hours): from €350
Exact rates depend on vehicle model and season.
Can I add an extra driver?
Yes. Up to 2 additional drivers can be added free of charge. Each driver must present a valid license and ID at pickup.
Are child seats or extras available?
We provide child seats, GPS units, Wi-Fi hotspots, ski racks and more. Extras cost between €10–€25 per day and can be reserved during booking.
What happens in case of a breakdown?
Our 24/7 roadside assistance covers mechanical failures, flat tyres and lockouts. Simply call our emergency hotline and help will arrive within 30 minutes.
Can I return to a different location?
Yes—one-way drop-offs are possible for an additional €50–€150, depending on distance. Popular return spots include Palma Old Town, Sóller and Alcúdia.
How do I extend my rental?
To extend, contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled return. We’ll confirm availability and any rate adjustments immediately.
