Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure

You can cancel your charter free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed departure time. Your deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method.

Later cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel less than 24 hours before departure, or do not show up, the 30 % deposit is kept. Any other amounts already paid are refunded.

Weather and safety

If the captain or Drive Mallorca cancels for weather or safety reasons, you choose between a new date or a full refund of the deposit.

Security deposit

A refundable security deposit only applies when you drive yourself: €1,500 for the Frauscher 858 and €500 per jet ski. It is held on your card and released after return without damage. Skippered yachts have no security deposit.
